Meet our ambassador, Kelly O!
Kelly O. is a powerhouse vegan fitness trainer and nutritionist who recently joined our Humble Gainz team. Kelly O. embodies the Humble Gainz brand, she's dedicated to her work as a nutritionist and personal trainer. She offers online programs, one-on-one training, and group training in order to help people of all different backgrounds, locations, and athletic levels. Overall, Kelly's dedication to her work and clients has resulted in helping many people live a healthier more confident lifestyle.
More about Kelly O.: Kelly studied at Pace University in Westchester County, New York and earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration in 2012, majoring in International Business Management, with a concentration in Hospitality and Tourism, and minoring in Latin American Studies. While attending university, Kelly became interested in Health, Fitness, and Nutrition and began researching biomechanics, nutrition, and training styles.
She adopted a vegan lifestyle in 2011, in which her career direction drastically shifted when she realized her passion was in fitness and health, and guiding others in reaching their goals. She has made the health industry her focus in her everyday life as a business owner of Kelly O. Fitness LLC - full-time Online Coaching Personal Training Coach and Trainer.
